Job Description:

 

As an IT Support Deployment Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring efficient and successful deployment of IT projects. You will be responsible for system installation, troubleshooting, and optimization. Your commitment to problem-solving, effective communication, and customer service will drive your success in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Plan, manage, and execute IT deployment projects related to VoIP Phones

2. Provide Tier1 service for incoming VoIP support tickets

3. Troubleshoot phone hardware, software, and network issues.

4. Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to guarantee a smooth deployment and ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance.

6. Stay updated on the latest IT technologies and industry trends.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support.

3. Familiarity with VoIP technologies.

4. Proven experience in system integration and deployment.

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Must be able to work onsite in Washington, D.C. 5 days a week.
